Billy Vandergaw, IT & Facilities Manager
Billy brings a wealth of experience to Old Mill Center as an accomplished IT and Facilities Manager. With over two decades of experience spanning various roles, including retail management systems, customer service, website design, and sales management, Billy has honed his skills in HR/payroll systems, maintenance service, vendor contracting, and IT management for small to medium-sized businesses.
As the IT & Facilities Manager and Chair of the Safety Committee at Old Mill Center’s Corvallis, Monroe, and Albany locations, Billy is dedicated to ensuring that the organization’s facilities are safe, welcoming, and conducive to improving the lives of clients. His expertise in managing technology tools has also enabled him to safeguard the organization’s systems, ensuring that they function optimally while maintaining the utmost security.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Billy delights in crafting the perfect BBQ burger, fishing for trout in Oregon’s pristine waters, and adventuring through the Pacific Northwest alongside his loyal pet dog, Oscar. He is also an accomplished OSU Journeyman Beekeeper, driven by a passion for educating preschool children on bee anatomy, communication, and essential beekeeping tools during spring learning events at the Old Mill Center.
Pam Baillie, BS, Accounting & Billing Administrator
Pam brings her accounting skills to our Administrative team. She has a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources obtained from Oregon State University. She also earned a Graphics Certificate from the Perry Technical Institute in Yakima, Washington. She has completed numerous bookkeeping trainings and holds certificates obtained from various accounting institutions.
She enjoys a variety of crafts, reading and working on her farm.
Development
Jessica Lleras, Development Manager
Jessica comes to Old Mill with extensive background in event planning, client relations, project management and sales. She has a passion for providing resources to local communities and small businesses.
Jessica grew up in Corvallis and recently moved back to be closer to family. In her spare time, she loves hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, wine tasting and exploring Oregon.
Mary Beth Earley, MLS, Communications & Events Specialist
Mary Beth brings skills acquired in two separate careers to Old Mill Center. She first worked in advertising, marketing and corporate communications, writing award-winning ads and promotional pieces for colleges, banks, tech companies and nonprofits. She later attained her Master’s of Library Science degree and served children, teens and families as a public librarian for 15 years.
Mary Beth loves being outdoors – especially kayaking, paddleboarding, gardening, camping and riding her e-bike. Indoors, she does crafty things, reads, watches movies and spends quality time with friends. She sings tenor in the Corvallis Community Choir and volunteers with Altrusa of Corvallis.
Evangeline Shipe, Grant Writer
Evangeline comes to us with a wealth of experience that includes being a teacher and lead teacher, being an event coordinator and content creator, and writing proposals and grants in a range of settings. Evangeline and her partner moved to Oregon recently and she has been working as a music teacher and after school director at Muddy Creek Charter school during the last school year.
