Preschool Teachers
Donna Brown, BS, Program Manager
Donna graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree and an Early Development option. She has taught in the preschool since 2006. She loves to see the children’s faces light up when they learn something new.
Larissa Lleras, BA, Lead Teacher
Larissa graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education Foundations. She began working for Old Mill Center in 2018. She loves the joy and excitement the children show when exploring and leaning something new.
McKenna Jenkins, BS, Lead Teacher
McKenna graduated from OSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Sciences and a minor in Psychology. McKenna’s favorite part about teaching is getting to know the kids, each with their own unique personalities.

Kimberly Salazar-Fierros, AA, Assistant Teacher
Kimberly has been teaching for about 5 years. She believes in the power of play as a learning tool, and in creating a relationship of trust with children and families. She also believes in the beauty of imagination.
Mary Morgan, AA, Assistant Teacher
Mary has worked as an Assistant Teacher since November 2021. She has a small family – her brother, and her mom along with their two dogs. She has been teaching for about 5 years now. Teaching is important for everyone because we are all teachers in our own way. Passing on skills to children means that you’re a teacher. Mary loves working with children because they bring joy to her in different ways. Mary is happy to be a part of the Old Mill Center family.
Peyton Fitzner, Assistant Teacher
Peyton graduated from Oregon State University with a passion for working with children. With a caring and compassionate approach, she strives to provide a nurturing environment where every child can grow and express themselves. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her guinea pig, Applejack, and going to the theater to watch movies.
Craig Rudholm, Assistant Teacher
Craig relocated from California about two and a half years ago and has been at Old Mill about a year and a half. In California, he worked as a Special Education teacher with mostly 10- to 22-year-old students in several different programs in Southern and Northern California.
